Policy Against harassment

We value the safety, privacy and dignity of all those with whom we work, whether they are partners or employees of our fund, or founders, executives or employees of the companies in which we invest. Therefore, we maintain a policy of zero tolerance when it comes to any abuse, harassment or discrimination.

Spero Ventures has a detailed internal harassment and discrimination policy as part of our employee code of conduct that includes interactions with employees of portfolio companies, entrepreneurs outside of our portfolio, and other situations in which a Spero Ventures employee is representing the company, such as conferences and events.

Likewise, any allegation of harassment or abuse by any executives or employees of a company in which we have invested will result in a thorough, yet expedient investigation. If proven to be true, we will request an immediate termination of the harasser, regardless of position.

In plain English

We have zero tolerance of any abuse, harassment or discrimination. We hold our employees and the leadership of our portfolio companies to these standards.
